There are two ways to return the product:
1. Pay back when you have received the product through the delivery service.
Please carefully check your product when received with the shipper. You will be sent back the product in this case. This is the most convenient time to resubmit a product in the event of:
Product defects, scratches, scratches, dirt, smells or broken.
Wrong product or incorrect quantity.
You change and do not want to buy another product for any reason.
For all of the above, please fill in the "Reason for return on product" on the invoice, which is sent by the courier and signed on the invoice.
2. Pay later in 3 days after receiving and paying for the product.
You will have another opportunity to return the product within 3 days after delivery, subject to the following conditions:
a. Criteria 1: Products in good condition, to be determined
The product has not been used since the receipt.
The product is still packaged as you received it.
No damage (scratches, bumps, holes and dirt).
Not dirty and smelly.
b. Criterion 2: You keep your order and give a compelling reason for returning the product.
*** If you meet all the above criteria, please call our customer service department within 3 days (72 hours) from the time of receiving the product. Any requests made after 72 hours will not be available. value.

c. Customer care representatives will arrange a time with you to bring your product to the company at 7 Trieu Viet Vuong, Bui Thi Xuan Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.
d. When it comes to our company, please bring the product with its original packaging along with the invoice. You will need to fill out a "refund request form" and sign it. In the case of meeting the above two criteria, you will be refunded in cash through your bank account.
